Matriçats S.L. has been in operation since 1970 as a sub-contractor working in all types of plate metal forming, in particular stainless steel.
Our service is based on the design or re-engineering of processes and the manufacture of the necessary tools or machinery for later adaptation to our working resources, allowing us to produce the relevant prototypes or production lines.
This service is provided by a highly qualified team of professionals, with each department properly linked through an integrated management system, in order to maximise the efficacy of the many technical and manufacturing techniques we employ. These range from CAD/CAE/CAM/CNC systems, through a 3-D laser centre, to tooling, machinery, welding stations, finishing plant etc, and our wide range of presses of up to 1600 tonnes capacity.
All this, combined with a work ethic based on continuous improvement and adherence to ISO 9001-2000 standards, means that we are able to provide products and services which fully meet the needs of our clients.
